What to Bring

  • Your bike (to state the obvious)
  • Cycling attire: whatever you wear riding, including bike shorts, jersey, gloves, helmet, sunglasses, cycling shoes
  • Bike components: any spare stems, seats, etc. that you have if you have been trialing different components.

Prior to a fitting session, please complete the PRE-FIT INTERVIEW.

How Long Does a Bike Fit Take?

This depends on the type of Fit, the issues experienced by the rider, and the adjustments that are recommended and made. Generally, however:

  • Pre Purchase Sizing is 60- 90 minutes
  • An Initial Bike Fit is about 90 - 120¬†minutes
  • A Complete Bike Fit is usually 2.5 - 3 hours
  • Fitting for a tri bike can be an additional 30 - 45 minutes, so 3 to 3.5 hours

You will be on and off your bike, which will be set up in a stationary trainer. You may also be asked to do a short ride outside on the road.
